Creating a custom WordPress theme

Good day,

I am looking for a person to create a custom wordpress theme that I can individually install and duplicate for multiple domains. Below assumptions:

- simple one page site with ticket sales (selling via Woocommerce)

- logo in the upper left corner of the header

- no menu

- below 3-4 product categories (day tickets, season tickets, etc) to choose from

- in the footer a link to the privacy policy and contact information for the ticket seller

The order is for the Wordpress site theme itself. The ticketing system configured with WooCommerce is already ready in the form of a plugin.

I most earnestly ask for a quote proposal and turnaround time :)
