Creating a CRM plugin for wordpress

needed to create a plugin on the model of CRM.

The plugin is to collect data from a form, sent by the customer.

After the form is sent, it is to create an account/profile for the customer. Then we are to have an overview of the collected data, with columns (data from the form), the plug-in is to give the ability to set statuses at the customer profile, filter by status and creation date, delete items (bulk), the ability to send email from templates and with attachments.

In addition, there is to be a customer profile - data from the form + attachments and other manually editable data. The ability to send emails from the panel from a template or not with attachments. As for this panel, I would prefer a simple tool programmed for this need with the possibility of expansion in the future, rather than using a CRM plugin, as these plugins do not meet our requirements - they are either too extensive and chaotic, or do not have the necessary functions. Attachments, data stored securely in the cloud.
