ROLE: Growth Marketing & Content Specialist (B2B SaaS / ERP / Manufacturing)

We are building a SaaS platform for manufacturers and distributors, integrating ERP, supply chain, and operations into one solution. Our target: mid-sized companies in manufacturing and distribution.

We are looking for a freelance Growth Marketing & Content Specialist who can:

- Build high-converting landing pages with custom hooks and lead magnets to drive newsletter signups

- Create engaging marketing collateral (guides, case studies, whitepapers, or videos) using AI tools effectively

- Write and distribute newsletters via Instantly and Hubspot

- Shape positioning and messaging with our sales and product teams

- Grow reach and engagement with campaigns optimized for virality, especially on LinkedIn

- Ensure consistent tone and value propositions across all channels

What we value:

- Proven ability to rapidly build audience with lead magnets/go 'viral' on LinkedIn using lead magnets and community-building tactics

- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing (ERP, supply chain, or manufacturing a plus)

- Strong portfolio of landing pages, lead magnets, and newsletters

- Skill in turning technical product features into clear, compelling buyer-oriented messaging

- Preferably hands-on experience with Instantly and Hubspot

- Languages: English (fluent), German and/or Dutch (preferred)

- Bonus: ability to create product demos or graphics

Engagement:

- Freelance, 8-24 hours per week, remote and flexible

Deliverables include: Landing pages: • 3 persona-specific landing pages with unique marketing hooks (source lead magnet from linkedin post) • Integrated lead magnets (e.g. industry guides, ROI calculators, benchmarks, or video explainers) • Newsletter signup flows tied directly to lead magnet downloads Lead magnets & collateral: • Development of 3 high-value assets (guides, templates, or short AI-assisted videos) • Copy and design that resonate with manufacturing, ecommerce and distribution audiences • Messaging aligned with buyer pain points and product positioning Email marketing setup: • Automated signup → newsletter workflows in Instantly and Hubspot • First batch of newsletters (3-4 issues) written and scheduled • Playbook for ongoing content calendar and campaign ideas (second priority, CEO can also generate this) Messaging & positioning: • Lightweight messaging guide summarizing value propositions, hooks, and tone • Sales and product alignment on positioning for consistent communication Optional add-ons (if skills fit): • Short product demo video creation • Visual design of graphics, infographics, or templates for campaigns The focus is to quickly deliver tangible assets that generate leads, grow a qualified newsletter list, and establish viral-ready messaging for LinkedIn and beyond. Future work may extend to community-building, advanced campaigns, and ongoing marketing operations.
