Consultation - Ukrainian CMO

I need a Ukrainian native with CMO/marketing agency skills with a hello understanding of marketing strategy (not a campaign “clicker”) for consultation.

Understanding of UA target group culture and natural language is key.

I need to test over 3 months on one project:

- meta ADS,

- Google ADS,

- optionally some SEO.
