Construction of residents' forum

Our company is a dynamically developing media organization, operating in several counties (Warsaw, Piaseczno, Pruszków, Grodziski, Otwock). We specialize in providing reliable information and creating a space for open discussion for the region's residents. In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for partners to run the City Discussion Forum, which will help us build and manage a platform for the exchange of ideas and information for the local community.

Scope of the task

Design and implement a strategy for the newly established Discussion Forum, related to local media.

Identify the main topics and discussion categories of greatest interest to city residents and local media.

Identify the forum's target audience and ways to promote the forum to residents and local media.

Configuring and customizing the forum platform to meet the needs of the local community, including personalizing the appearance, category structure and user permissions.
