Connecting Google Merchant Cener to Shopify and configuring GMC

my site set up on shopify is https://covereo.com/
I can't connect GMC to Shopify by itself because I keep getting an error (see screen that I don't have contact information, even though I have it everywhere).
I would also like GMC to show my products in all color variants that are on the site and not just white (the first color variant which is the thumbnail).
Please only contact me if you have experience with shopify and GMC.
