Job description

I'm looking for someone to set up and show me how to configure wordpress Elementor (in wp of course) as a text editor so that the CSS it generates for each post is in one static (as far as the URL is concerned) stylesheet.

The concept is that I would like to use wordpress and wordpress elementor (optional but on the +) as a headless CSM. (Blog/entries)

I would either pull the article directly through the API and link to the stylesheet where the 'globalized' ( for all entries) CSS is, or I would also pull the CSS through the API under a specific entry, but that would probably be too slow.

As of now, any CSS that is generated is dedicated to a specific post, I've tried plugins that would group CSS, but to no avail.

I am definitely not a WP specialist, so I may have missed something.

I'd like to arrange an online chat where someone can explain to me how to set this up. Also, if there is any other - better method - of using wp as a headless CMS then of course I am open to that.
