Conducting a study and preparing a report related to the food delivery industry

Good morning,

We are looking for a freelancer who will undertake a research on the supply market in Poland, Germany, and the UK.

The target group of the study will be all people who have used the option of delivering food from the restaurant at least 1 in the last 3 months. The research sample is determined by the researcher based on the size of the cohorts.

The scope of work will include:

-preparation of the questionnaire (about 20 questions)

- data collection

- data processing

-preparation of a report based on data

Research hypotheses:

By reducing the time of delivering food to the customer, restaurant ratings on the Internet will improve. If so, by how much?

Failure to keep the promised time affects the assessment of consumer satisfaction, if so, how much?

Online consumer ratings have a real impact on restaurant sales

Lowering restaurant ratings in the chain reduces the number of orders
