Simple integration and functionality - described in detail in the pdf.
In short: injecting data and receiving data after processing.
1) Our system sends 6 variables to Optima - formatted, ready-made file (according to your recommendations).
2) Then a new ticket is created in Optima for the employee to process 3) After processing, the employee creates a new ticket
3. after processing, the employee performs some action (perhaps change the status, some button) and then a standard pdf is generated
4. the pdf file together with the file with 8 variables (also standard) are sent to our FTP server
