Job description
We manage 206 rental units across Chicago, Ohio, and New Jersey. Currently, about 35% of our tenants are not paying on time, and we’re looking for someone to help us with collections.
Ideally, you have experience using Rent Manager and Smartsheet.
We’d like to offer a paid one-week trial to see how well we can work together before moving forward long-term.
