Coding a business card site for Wordpress

Hi, I will commission a business card type website. The site is to be put on Wordpress according to the design made in Figma.

The project will be made available to selected people, after reviewing their portfolio, terms of cooperation, estimated pricing.

For beginners, I thank you in advance, I care about faithful reproduction of the project in optimal time. I want to finish it efficiently, so that the site is already visible on the Internet and which will be accessed by potential customers, so there is not much room for dragging corrections and, in the extreme case, another change of IT specialists.

Notes:

- website must be responsive and display well on mobile devices

- well-designed, providing good speed performance (you don't need to pull the max, but also can't be <20 in PageSpeed)

- micro-animations (adding a delayed entry effect / after scroll, this is not in the design and I want the contractor to add them in the indicated places)

- the site must not be overloaded with plugins

- I expect a simple content management panel to make changes to the content myself, i.e. texts, maybe need to replace the photo
