CGI rendering for home renovation and expansion. English mandatory

We are looking for a talented freelancer to create 2 exterior CGI renders of a house that is currently undergoing renovation and expansion. The visuals should be highly photorealistic, showcasing the proposed project with detailed materials and landscape elements.

Requirements:

1/ One front view of the southeast elevation.

2/ One side perspective showing the corner between the southeast and northeast elevations.

Visual elements:

Photorealistic quality.

Include plants, grass, steps, sidewalks, etc. in the foreground.

A clear representation of the materiality of the proposed project.

Design details:

- Limestone plaster (chalky white) on the house.

- New window sills of blue lias or similar stone.

- New expansion of the Vale kitchen (see attached brochure).

- Covering the roof with slate.
