Casting Director in Poland for an Ecommerce Agency

Role Overview

We are expanding our global footprint and establishing a brand-new, high-volume e-commerce studio in Poland. We are seeking a strategic and well-connected Casting Director to lead our talent operations on the ground. This is a foundational role; you will be responsible for building our local talent database from scratch, establishing relationships with Polish and European agencies, and ensuring our regional output matches our global brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Launch Support: Partner with the production team to establish casting workflows and "go-see" protocols for the new Poland studio.

Regional Talent Sourcing: Build a robust, diverse database of models, influencers, and fit models within Poland and the broader EU region.

Agency Relations: Act as the lead negotiator with Polish and international modeling agencies to secure competitive rates and favorable usage terms.

On-Site Casting: Lead regular in-person casting calls and "go-sees" at the Poland studio to vet talent for movement, personality, and brand fit.

Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with the global creative team to ensure that local casting aligns with the overarching brand identity while reflecting regional nuances.

Logistics & Administration: Manage local casting budgets, talent contracts, and local labor law compliance for all bookings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Location: Must be based in Poland and have a deep understanding of the local creative market.

Experience: 4+ years in casting or talent management, ideally within fashion, e-commerce, or commercial production.

Network: An existing network of contacts within the Polish modeling and creative industry.

Language: Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes are being built from the ground up.

Negotiation: Expert knowledge of local market rates and usage rights (Buyouts, Social Media, Web).
