The company is in the business of selling vehicles and renting them. We need to build a spreadsheet or implement another solution that will allow monitoring:

- capital inflow from and settlement with the investor

- the flow of money (related income and expenses)

- timeliness of OC and AC policies

- timeliness of installment payments

- calculation of taxes

- summary

We are considering building a spreadsheet in Google Sheets, however, we are considering other solutions. We care about minimizing costs but also ease of use and online accessibility also mobile.
