Bounce Cleaning Email Server

Need a setup of VPS on amazon lightsail or on digitalocean or any other $5 type VPS to check for email bounce.

I have lots of emails to clean up, so maybe we need to setup one server and replicate it with different IPs in order to avoid getting banned . If it can be done with one server , even that's cool .
