I will commission a not very complicated bot, whose task will be to copy the content
from the selected channel in the Telegram application, modifying the content of the message and pasting to the target channel.
When using the copy function, please note that the copied messages are to be selective, they will begin with specific phrases. In addition, it is worth mentioning that at the moment I have not found a bot that already exists and copies data from an external channel, i.e. one in which he is not added as an administrator. The bot referred to in this order would perform this function.
When it comes to content modifications - after copying, I would like the bot to transfer only part of the message to the target channel (this part will be permanent), but I would like to be able to interfere with the message before pasting it on the channel. I am also considering the possibility of converting the message to jpg with the addition of a watermark, this is a matter to be discussed as I am not aware of possible technical possibilities and difficulties.
The process of pasting the modified message onto the target channel is the finalization, I want the operational time of all activities to be optimized as much as possible, which will minimize the delay.
The bot will work in the Telegram application environment, the application is available for various devices and systems, but the bot is to operate based on a desktop program in the Windows environment.
There is no limit to the technologies and programming languages used.
