What You'll Do:

Find and contact Polish businesses (telecom, e-commerce, insurance, hospitality)

Conduct demos and sales calls (via phone/video)

Close deals and onboard new clients

Earn recurring commission as long as client stays active

Commission Structure:

Baseline: 15% recurring commission on all deals

Large deals (15,000+ minutes/week): 20% recurring commission

No cap - the more clients you bring, the more you earn

Passive income - earn every week while client is active

Example Earnings:

Client generating €2,000/week profit → You earn €300/week (15%)

5 active clients → €1,500/week passive income

10 active clients → €3,000/week passive income

Requirements:

Fluent Polish (native level)

B2B sales experience (minimum 1 year)

Comfortable doing phone/video demos

Self-motivated (commission-only, no salary)

Basic understanding of customer service/call center operations (preferred)
