Automation of B2B sales processes

We are looking for a person who has experience in creating and assembling automation in B2B sales.

We expect:

- a presentation of the automation process: what tools should be fired, how the whole thing should look like (preferably on a model that has already been implemented)

- the rate for implementing the automation

- the timing of the automation implementation

What we care about:

- quick search for information about companies in a given industry

- search for contacts to a particular industry (specific position)

- gathering brief information about the company (automation)

- arranging a personalized email

ie: CRM, in which certain information is collected, based on our assumption (for example, companies that do not have an internal IT department), then automation is carried out - collected information about companies, employees, contact information, created personalized email based on the collected data.

I am asking for applications from people with experience who will create a theme from scratch. Please specify in your response what tools you prefer for this type of automation.
