Automatic form completion (Python or Javascript)

I am looking for a contractor for a tool (possibly in Python) that will automatically perform certain actions (always the same) in a web browser.

The program should have the following functionalities:

1. Data import for completion in Excel.

2. On the eKRS portal, clicking on and completing forms (several multi-step forms for one company / excel line) used to register a company (according to the scheme that I will make available in the form of a video to people interested in the order).

3. Generating documents (three PDF sentences) for each company / line from Excel and attaching to the form.

4. "Signing documents" by clicking through the form in a given order and completing the authorization codes by downloading them from the e-mail via the Gmail API.

5. Payment of applications by completing the card details in the form.

All repeated for all records (excel lines) in the database.
