Application for generating offers - photovoltaics

We are looking for a company to design and implement an application aimed at 2 main functions:

- creating a Conceptual Design of a photovoltaic installation from scratch with the possibility of generating designs to pdf.

- creating a price offer by writing out a cost estimate for the client.

The system would be managed from the administration panel, where advisors will be able to manage their profiles.

Description:

Anyone with access to the panel will be able to:

• check previously created offers (only yours, and the site administrator all);

• create a new / edit an offer:

- based on the entered data, i.e.

• reporting the annual consumption from the previous billing period (kWh unit);

• selecting the type of photovoltaic panels (selection from the database);

• selecting the inverter (selection from the database);

• specifying the length of AC and DC cables;

• providing the number of roof slopes;

• selecting the type of structure (selection from the database);

- additional choices:

• whether there is to be a fire arrangement;

• additional ground works;

• additional options (please clarify whether the price for a service / product will depend on something, or will they be individual elements with a fixed price?); - the introduction of a margin;

• generate a PDF with an offer;

• generate PDF with the project

The system will stand alone:

• prompted:

- the appropriate number of panels;

- appropriate inverters (range 80-120% of panels power);

• calculated:

- the exact power of the installation;

- selection of AC and DC cables;

- maximum and minimum number of modules per chain; - energy yield

- ecological effect

- list of elements of the photovoltaic system

- the ability to add and delete photos

- possibility of an electronic signature at the customer's site

The result will be a PDF file.
