Hi,

I mainly want to set up a classifieds portal in a specific industry on a low budget - the system is to be as simple as possible, but the ability to add and view specific ads is important (for now only I will be able to add ads, then other users). The only thing I have is a domain, it needs a personalized email address. The most important functionality is to simply add ads and manage the site - I have no experience in the IT industry and would like to manage the site myself, alternatively, please give me a quote on how much your administration costs.
