An abstract object in WebGL

Hi,

looking for a WebGL / Threejs developer to create an abstract object - something like https://solar-digital.com/ animated signet logo in the first section. Visual draft http://prntscr.com/16qu77j

The object is to consist of many smaller triangle objects. Triangles have, similarly to the above-mentioned example, to gently move in different directions but to create the shape of a larger triangle (as in the draft). The object should have interaction with the cursor (smaller triangles moving in the opposite direction to the cursor).

Optional - it would be nice to be able to change the perspective via drag'n'drop just like here.
