Amazon custom - help with setup

We are a print shop and have a product entered into amazon custom. Unfortunately we don't understand what we have set wrong or why we are getting a strange set of files for us. We need someone to check our settings and help us with the files we receive.

The files we receive after ordering in ZIP

- XML

We get all these files for the jd order by the customer, where the customer chooses the size and trims his photo in amazon wizard. We can't figure out how to print it right. Are we missing the opragamation that needs to be created or the information on how to do it. Nothing three sits on the format or cropping that the customer has set. Sample file attached.
