Adjusting the digital accessibility of the site in Wordpress

I am looking for a person to make corrections to the Wordpress site with the MediCenter - Health Medical Clinic theme used. The corrections relate to the digital accessibility of the site for people with disabilities (compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA). The deadline for all fixes is 25.10.2023 (Wednesday).

Here is a sample partial list of fixes that need to be done:

"Focus

Lack of focus on active elements is a critical bug, preventing users who do not use a mouse from operating the site.

Each element, marked with focus, must stand out (e.g., with an additional frame, change of color). Do not be limited to the default focus.

On the Outpost website, active elements do not get focus when navigating with the TAB key.

It is in English.

Does not move to the content of the page - no anchor target with [id=content].

Alt attribute and title attribute

Should not be the same. The alt attribute should describe exactly what we see in the photo/graphic, etc. Title is used to add hints/additional information about the element (this is what is displayed to us in the box when we hover the mouse over the element with the title attribute).
