I am looking for a person who will create/add a calendar to a website based on WordPress

Important features:

- Possibility to choose days, weeks, months, and years

- The ability to add important events, photos, descriptions, links etc. by administrators in the calendar.

- Important dates will be visible to our clients - after hovering on a date, a short topic will appear, and when clicked they can go to the article, film, etc.

- Customers can use the calendar to sign up for various events and receive e-mail info

- Clients using the calendar, can choose free dates and sign up via e-mails and buy tickets
