A simple database, e.g. on a Raspberry Pi + system communication with another electronic device

I will order a system saving data from the measuring sensor to the database. The method of operation is presented in the video below. The system should operate in manual mode (manual sensor adjustment as in the movie) and in automatic mode (robot-controlled sensor). The problem comes down to saving from a few to several dozen measurements in the table. The moment of taking the value from the sensor through some signal at the input to the controller given from the robot.
