3D models of tool-storage containers in Blender (for my own rendering pipeline)
I need 3D models of plastic tool containers 20 types in Blender to use as assets for my script that generates synthetic training data (BlenderProc). I’ll send reference photos and dimensions once you contact me.
Example shapes: transparent tubes with caps, flat blister packs with cardboard labels, small opaque boxes, tap holders, rods in plastic sleeves.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- .blend files, compatible with the Blender Python API (import via BlenderProc)
- Meshes only (no curves/NURBS/metaballs)
- Actual scale in meters, proportions between types preserved
- Origin at the GEOMETRIC CENTER of the solid (not on the base)
- Multi-part housings (body + lid) merged into a SINGLE object (Ctrl+J)
- For transparent types: an inner insert object (e.g., drill bit imitation), parented to the housing, with a name containing “drill”/“bit”/‘wiertlo’/“frez” (the script recognizes it by name and ignores it in labels)
- Material based exclusively on Principled BSDF, without baked textures from another renderer
