3D design of a single-family house

Description

I would like to commission a 3D design, based on projections (PDF files) of a two-story house (full floor) with an area of 275m2.

I mean a "rough" (I don't know the professional term) design, i.e. one after which it will be possible to do a "virtual walk-through" and eventually add textures/other elements.

My preference is AutoCAD, but I am willing to listen to arguments in case of other preferences.
