I organized up to 30 recruitment panels in the EMEA region, planning and conducting interviews based on candidate and recruiter availability. Panels took place online, hybrid, or face-to-face in EMEA and in the United States.

I assisted the Director at the 26th Shakespeare Festival in Gdansk, Poland, managing schedules, facilitating communication between management and staff, and overseeing company events in a dynamic international setting.

I analysed company data on employees and structure, created reports for the Leadership Team, ensured documentation and communication flow, followed up with non-responders, supported project status tracking, and built project documentation.

For almost two years, I’ve been cooperating with small business and influencers to provide them with materials in English to promote their products, such as, homemade crafts, bio food products, alcohols, machine tools.

I managed hiring, onboarding, payroll, employee database updates, and benefits in CEE using SAP SuccessFactors. Additionally, I edited an HR newsletter for Eastern Europe and co-led the Employee Resource Group: Ability.
