I am an experienced HR, administration and management professional and have been in business providing HR, recruitment and administration services for two years. I am a certified out-of-court mediator with the possibility of being included in the list of permanent court mediators at the district court. I have practical experience as an HR Manager and in organizing HR processes, recruitment, internal communication and conflict resolution. I combine high interpersonal skills with excellent knowledge of office tools, HR, HR systems and CRM. I effectively support companies in human resources management and optimization of administrative processes. I also have a strong knowledge of Polish law due to my legal studies and experience working in a law firm.
