Native-speaker review of German, French and Spanish web copy, with follow-up work likely

I am looking for a translation agency that covers German, French and Spanish in one place. One agency is simpler for us than three freelancers, but if you specialise in one language, please quote anyway.

The job now: review of one web page about data protection and CCTV, already translated in-house from English. About 1,670 English words per language, delivered in Excel with the source and the current translation side by side. You correct only what sounds foreign or is legally off, using the terms your national data protection authority uses. Formal address, calm tone.

Later, if this goes well: blog articles and further pages on the same topic, in the same three languages, on a regular basis.

Please include in your offer: price per language and in total, turnaround from receiving the files, confirmation that each language is reviewed by a native speaker, and your per-word rate for future article translation from English. Experience with GDPR or legal texts is a plus, so mention it if you have it.
