YTEQO is a Czech company providing managed sales and operations back-office support to manufacturers and industrial distributors worldwide. We take on defined, repeatable workflows such as RFQ intake, shared-inbox triage, drawing and attachment checks, quote preparation support, CRM and Excel updates, order-document checks, follow-up coordination and status reporting. Work is organised around a clear scope, named ownership, review-ready outputs and agreed human approval gates. Customer-facing messages and commercial decisions remain with the client’s team. Technology may support sorting, search, summaries and first drafts, but people check facts, tone and sensitive actions. YTEQO is an operations partner, not an AI company.
