I studied Business administration at the University of Nuevo Leon Worked for almost 14 years at the Crowne Plaza, Intercontinental and Hilton hotels ( Operations, administration,F&B, sales) Up to this point i give service to 3 insurance companies ; AFIRME, BANORTE and LATINO . I give attention to all of our insured persons that have had : car accidents, life, medical service etc. In conlcusion i'm a person that enjoys customer care and always with a good attitude.
