Translator, stylometrist and customer service senior agent. During my studies, I gained experience in translation from various fields: literature, audio-visual translation, humanistic translation and applied texts. As a trainee translator at Alingua, I gained experience in using CAT Tools (MemoQ), preparing documents and scans for translation, copywriting, proofreading, editing existing translations. At Shell Energy I am working as a customer service representative as well as a complaint handler and Triage & Diagnostics specialist. I speak fluent English, and Polish and I am on my way to add to this list Norwegian (currently at level A1). I am not afraid of any challenges. What I have learned during this time is the ins and outs the business as well polished my communication skills and working as a team. People regard me as a person who has insane attention to details, quickly acquires new skills and is always ready to help others and share my own knowledge and experience.
