Good service is good bussiness. I am working as a freelancer on other different platforms for over a year. Before freelancing, I worked as CSR (Customer Service Representative) in Digicon technologies Ltd. for 1 year and 7months, prior to that I worked at ManTech Engineering LSS as procurement officer for 1 year. Now I'm working from home.

I completed my masters in management. I also have a 1-year diploma on Database Design & Development (oracle). I have keen interest on writing, especially on email copywriting, newsletters. I also can make HTML5 email templates. I am also skilled in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

My English language proficiency is excellent. I am currently working as a book reviewer on various platforms. I value my client's expectations, hence, providing accurate, error-free and highest quality services are my first priority.
