Remote support for businesses, online stores and entrepreneurs.

I have over 10 years of experience in customer service, sales and administrative work. I am experienced in communicating with customers, handling inquiries, solving problems and performing tasks that require accuracy and good organization.

I can help with:

customer support via email and messaging, answering customer inquiries, orders, returns and complaints, Facebook and Instagram support, comments and messages, OLX listings and updates, product descriptions, e-commerce support, data entry, spreadsheets and basic reports, online research, general administrative tasks.

I have experience working with SAP, Salesforce and MS Office.

I am mainly interested in long-term remote cooperation, but I am also available for individual tasks and short-term projects.

Availability: approximately 15 hours per week, mainly afternoons and evenings.
