O mnie

I'm Matt Kicka. I make ads that bring companies new customers, and I build automation and AI agents that handles the repetitive work your team does by hand today. I speak Polish (native) and English (C1/C2). I live in Paris and work remotely.

Ad Creatives for Meta and TikTok — By the fourth time someone sees your ad, they're 45% less likely to convert. More budget won't buy new people. It burns the ad faster. You need different ads with proven hooks constantly — I make you ads with new hooks, formats, captioned and cropped.

AI and Process Automation — I find processes in your business that eats up hours but doesn't need a person, then build automations and AI agents that handle it 24/7, so you gets those hours back.
