Appointments – flexible scheduling for dispatchers
I created the "Appointments" feature for mobile and desktop apps, enabling dispatchers to plan work orders more flexibly and efficiently, supporting expansion into markets with more complex scheduling needs.
Scheduling board – intuitive planning calendar
I designed a calendar-based scheduling board concept to improve how dispatchers plan and view work orders. The focus was on enhancing usability and creating a clearer, more efficient interface.
Work order – streamlined creation and integrations
I planned and improved a complex process for creating Work Order objects in the system, ensuring smooth assignment and integration with other modules within the SaaS platform.
SaaS platform – order management for restaurants
Designed a SaaS platform to help restaurants manage online orders efficiently. Focused on order tracking, status updates, and an intuitive UI for daily operational use.
Branding & marketing – website for software house
Designed the full visual identity, website, and marketing materials for a software house. Delivered a modern, consistent brand across digital and print channels.
Appointments – mobile scheduling experience
I designed the mobile version of the “Appointments” feature, allowing dispatchers and technicians to manage jobs on the go with real-time scheduling, calendar view, and quick edits directly from the field.
Custom cards – UI personalization & self-service
I introduced a new card design and configuration options for what’s visible on the scheduling board. This allowed full UI personalization and laid the groundwork for a self-service approach in the app.
Mobile app concept – vets and pet owners
Created a full mobile app concept connecting veterinarians with pet owners. Focused on user needs, service booking, profiles, and communication to enhance pet care accessibility.
Bilingual mobile app – store discounts in Asia
Created a bilingual (Chinese & English) mobile app for Hong Kong users, offering store discounts and a local community space. Ensured seamless experience across both languages.
