O mnie

I’m a versatile, people-oriented professional with experience in sales, customer service, event work and independent project coordination. I currently work in merchandise sales at music events, where I’m used to fast-paced environments, high customer volume, advising customers and finding the right products for their needs.

I also work as a pet sitter, giving me daily hands-on experience with dogs and cats with different personalities, behaviours and needs. This has taught me to be observant, adaptable and attentive to both animals and their owners.

I genuinely enjoy working with people and helping them find solutions. I believe good sales come from understanding the customer rather than simply pushing a product, while thoughtful recommendations can naturally increase sales.

I’m proactive, reliable, quick to learn and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. I communicate confidently in English and enjoy combining customer care with achieving business goals.
