We run a mental health and self-development podcast that’s available on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

We already handle all the content, editing, and SEO (including tags, titles, thumbnails — we use vidIQ and Google Ads).

What we’re looking for is someone who understands algorithms, growth systems, and audience targeting — someone who can help us reach the right audience organically, improve engagement (likes, comments, subscribers), and stop relying only on paid ads.

Ideally, we’d love to work with someone experienced in podcast or YouTube channel growth who can analyse our content and suggest practical changes to boost visibility and conversions.
