Polish–English Speaking Personal Assistant for Supplier Outreach (Sustainable Hygiene Paper Startup)
We are The Sustainable Toilet Paper Company – an ambitious startup in the hygiene paper industry. Our mission is to disrupt the German market (and later the wider European market) with sustainable, high-quality products that combine design, responsibility, and impact.
To support our growth, we are looking for a freelance Personal Assistant based in Poland. In this role, you will be our local contact, helping us to identify and communicate with Polish suppliers and later assisting with coordination between production and fulfillment.
Your responsibilities:
• Research and contact potential suppliers of hygiene paper in Poland (phone + email).
• Present our project professionally and request offers.
• Follow up with suppliers and document their responses.
• Support communication between our startup and supplier sales/procurement departments.
• (Long-term) Assist with production and fulfillment coordination – becoming our man/woman in Poland.
Requirements:
• Polish (native) and English (fluent) – German is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills – especially with sales and procurement teams.
• Experience in sales, procurement, or supplier communication preferred.
• Organized, proactive, and reliable working style.
• Freelance availability: a few hours per week to start, with potential for long-term growth.
