Part-Time Direct Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (B2B)

We are a growing business English and language training company based in Poland, working with professionals and companies who want practical, results-focused language skills. We are looking for a self-driven Direct Marketing Specialist to help us reach new corporate clients.

Your responsibilities

Actively identify and contact potential corporate clients (HR, L&D, managers, business owners)

Conduct direct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, or other suitable channels

Present our language training offer in a clear and professional way

Generate qualified leads and book meetings with decision-makers

Keep simple records of outreach and results

What we’re looking for

Experience in direct marketing, lead generation, or B2B sales

Confidence communicating with corporate clients (in English)

Strong written and spoken English

Self-motivation and ability to work independently

Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or cold emailing is a big plus
