Full-Cycle B2B Sales Agent – Polish Market (AI Voice Agent Solutions)

We are looking for an experienced, native Polish-speaking B2B sales professional to run the full sales cycle for our AI voice agent solution in the Polish market — from first outreach to signed contract.
Scope of work (dzieło):
Identifying and prospecting target businesses in Poland (industries: hospitality, logistics, e-commerce, professional services, and others)
Multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone)
Presenting the product and conducting demo calls with decision-makers
Negotiating and closing signed client contracts
Reporting on pipeline activity and outcomes
Compensation model:
This is a commission-based, performance-driven role. You earn a percentage of the profit generated from each closed deal you bring in, with the percentage increasing based on your monthly deal volume. There is no fixed fee — earnings are directly tied to results, with no cap on what you can earn. Exact commission tiers and structure will be shared during the intro conversation.

Requirements:
