I am a beginner Virtual Assistant, but at the same time an experienced employee with ten years of familiarity with Customer Service.

I started my career path while studying at Kraft Foods, where I gained my first experience in a large organization in the logistics department. Then I expanded my knowledge in the international company Enersys in the customer service department.

I am a thorough and conscientious person. My strengths are logical and analytical thinking. I speak English and French (intermediate level).
