I am looking for a male residing in the United States.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented US Business Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative, operational, and client-facing tasks for a growing business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing email and calendar coordination, handling data entry and document preparation, conducting online research, supporting customer communication, and assisting with basic project coordination. You will also help prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, update CRM systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. Additional tasks may include scheduling meetings across US time zones, organizing digital files, and supporting light bookkeeping or invoicing tasks when required.

The successful candidate should have strong English communication skills (written and verbal), excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and common collaboration platforms like Slack or Zoom. Prior experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or customer support role is preferred.

We value candidates who are self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with US business practices and time zones is a plus.
