Polish-Speaking Virtual Assistant / Phone Interpreter for Automotive Sourcing (On-Demand)

We are looking for a reliable, sharp, and fast-responding Native Polish Speaker to act as our remote assistant and telephone interpreter. We regularly source and import items from Poland (primarily used vehicles and technical equipment) and need someone to handle immediate telephone communications with local dealers, private sellers, and companies.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Immediate Outreach & Negotiation: Call Polish sellers within 2-3 hours of receiving a listing link. You will check availability and immediately negotiate the price, ask about lower invoice value potential, and European CoC availability.

​The Inspection Test: Ask sellers if they accept an external professional technician/inspector at their premises (as a reliability test).

​Media & Document Gathering: Request specific walkaround videos, engine-running videos, odometer photos, and registration certificates via WhatsApp.

​Reporting: Provide a quick, structured summary of the call in English.

​Job Requirements:

​Native Polish & Fluent English (for communication with us).

​High availability during standard Polish business hours.

​Local Polish phone line for making unrestricted calls.

​Basic commercial or automotive understanding is a huge plus.

​Project Structure:

​Long-term, on-demand hourly project (Intermediate level).

​Workload varies based on active sourcing cycles.
