Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced developer to build a real-time AI voice agent for outbound calling in the real estate investment space.

The system should:

Use ElevenLabs (or similar) for natural voice synthesis

Integrate with our VoIP system (e.g., Twilio or equivalent)

Sync with our CRM for lead tracking and updates

Handle real-time conversations smoothly with low latency

Follow structured conversation flows (qualification, objection handling, call routing)

Important:

The agent must sound natural and fluid, with minimal delays or interruptions

Must include proper disclosure where required for AI-assisted calls

Should be reliable for lead qualification and appointment setting

Requirements:

Proven experience building real-time voice AI systems

Experience with VoIP integrations and APIs

Ability to demonstrate similar past work (recordings or demos preferred)

Nice to have:

Experience in sales automation or cold calling systems

Knowledge of conversation design and dialogue flow

We are open to ongoing collaboration after initial build.
