The scope of this job is efficient remote data entry and processing, in line with internal procedures and good practices, and is based on data supplied by clients of Easy Embedded Solutions Ltd, which must be kept confidential. Majority of the software the Subcontractor will be using is proprietary and internal software, training will be provided. The Subcontractor will also be using the Import of products, animals, food and feed system (IPAFFS), by way of entry and submission of processed data received from clients of Easy Embedded Solutions Ltd, in direct representation of said clients as subcontracted by Easy Embedded Solutions Ltd and not on the Subcontractors own behalf, as long as performed in line with the instructions given. Checking whether data supplied by the client is complete and in line with requirements. Any discrepancies of incorrectness of data has to be communicated to and resolved with the client. Processing of supplied data using internal software. Resolution of any errors thrown by automated checks. Some manual checks against supplied documents may be necessary - training will be provided. Entering processed data into external forms and systems, with the aid of internal software. Submission of processed data through third party software, and providing the resulting document back to client Assigning correct species description to products of animal origin, based on the dataset provided, and escalating where species cannot be assigned. Completing and checking of official submissions, in line with the dataset provided. Keeping the processed data and information in reasonable confidentiality Availability for the above is required based on a schedule agreed weekly or daily. Usually availability will be required on Tuesdays and Fridays between the hours of 3pm to midnight UK time, however hours are not guaranteed, and will be agreed separately. The Subcontractor is expected to take regular and reasonable breaks during the work time to maintain good form and good health.
