I am an experienced Technology Account Manager and Founder of Techweiler Software with over 10+ years of experience partnering with startups, scale-ups, and global enterprises across North America, Europe, and Australia. My primary focus is bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution by providing scalable, high-performing remote software engineering teams and custom software solutions.

Rather than operating as a traditional individual freelancer or body shop, I lead Techweiler Software—an engineering consultancy and talent augmentation firm. I handle client solution consulting, engineering resource planning, technical vetting alignment, onboarding governance, and long-term key account management. Clients work directly with me to structure agile development capacity, ensure strict quality standards, and de-risk their technical talent procurement.
