My experience is concentrated in internal and external Customer Service, people management, and Quality Assurance, with exposure to project management and sales management. I have 20+ years of work experience, with several years of tenure in management, including low-level positions. The best way to describe my work ethic is that I am flexible, ambitious and hardworking, and I am focused on personal development and gaining more qualifications in a team environment. I have strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate people. I often think outside of the box and take initiative to challenge processes and come up with the new ideas to enhance the performance of the team. I am punctual and reliable, quick at making decisions, able to cope under the pressure, and use my initiative altogether with strong dedication and creativity. I have experience in marketing and management as well. At the moment I am building a small Marketing Agency ESPEPE, this is the very beggining of my new journ
